Without the right maintenance, track condition can begin to decline. Compacted debris, poor drainage, or worn surfaces don’t just affect how a track plays; they can compromise safety, reduce grip, and lead to early resurfacing if left unchecked.

Hard surfaces are often assumed to be low maintenance because they’re solid underfoot, but constant exposure to the elements causes exactly the problems that need treating: rainwater carries silt into the surface texture, moss and algae take hold in damp areas, and blocked drainage leaves standing water long after rain stops. Our maintenance programmes use specialist cleaning equipment to lift ingrained dirt, kill moss and algae at the root, and restore grip and free-flowing drainage. We assess each site individually exposure, usage and location all affect how often it needs attention and recommend a schedule that keeps it safe without unnecessary cost.
