I have silt patches and pooling water on my surface, it is really unsafe for users, do I need to replace it?
This is a common occurrence on a lot of surfaces, as these are outdoors. Replay technicians can remove all the surface contamination using our unique compressed air REJUVENATION process.

What can I do about the moss on our athletics track as I am worried about the runners slipping?
Replay Maintenance can offer a full treatment (not always needed) and deep clean of your track and polymeric event areas to deep clean the surface for you. Technicians can also clean out slot drains on the track, if you have them, to assist with the drainage of your track.

Replay Maintenance can offer FA remedy works to get your 3G pitch to the level required by the FA and include an FA Appeal report and supporting photography on completion which is sent to the FA too.

How long should our tennis courts last as they are 10 years old now and I have been advised we need to resurface?
The life of any artificial surface can vary subject to use, maintenance, footwear, local landscape and other varying factors. Replay can advise on the life expectancy of artificial surfaces with a free site survey, this often includes recommendations on how to extend the life of your court (surface).

How much does it cost to deep clean or resurface an artificial grass tennis court?
It depends on the size of the court, the current condition of the surface, and whether a deep clean will restore performance or whether the base has degraded enough to need resurfacing. We assess this with photos or a site visit before quoting, since two courts with the same age can need very different levels of work. Get in touch with details of your court (age, size, and any problem areas) and we’ll put together an accurate quote.
Can you quote for a tractor and equipment to maintain our 3G pitch?
Yes, we supply tractors and the full range of associated equipment — brushes, drag mats, and decompaction tools — either for one-off maintenance visits or as part of an ongoing service plan. Pricing depends on pitch size, how often it’s used, and whether you need a single visit or a regular schedule. Let us know your pitch dimensions and usage levels and we’ll send over a tailored quote.
Do you clean artificial grass tennis courts?
We do. A professional clean removes moss, algae, and debris that build up over time and restores grip and drainage. The cost varies with court size and how much build-up there is, so send us a few photos or book a site visit and we’ll confirm a price.
Can you repair a damaged penalty spot, carry out a pitch test for accreditation, and do a general pitch check?
Yes, we offer all three as standalone services or together as part of one visit. Penalty spot repairs address localised wear, accreditation testing confirms your pitch meets the required performance standards for league or governing body sign-off, and a general check flags any issues before they become bigger problems. Tell us which of these you need and where the pitch is located, and we’ll quote accordingly.
Do you provide annual servicing for MUGA pitches, including polymeric and all-weather surfaces?
Yes, we carry out annual servicing for MUGA and all-weather pitches with polymeric or rubber surfaces, including at education sites such as colleges. A typical service includes a full clean and a condition check, and we can quote separately for any patch repairs identified. Let us know the site location and pitch size and we’ll arrange a quote.
Can you clean a polymeric rubber surface and repair worn patches?

My artificial grass tennis court has developed wrinkles after a few years — can this be fixed?
