CEO of the Replay Group, Garry Martin celebrated a career milestone with his 20th year with the organisation.
Staff at the Replay Group of companies marked the occasion with an afternoon tea celebration at their headquarters in Long Bennington.
Garry has been Involved in sports construction since the early 2000s, originally as a contracts manager for Charles Lawrence Surfaces (CLS), becoming actively involved in Replay Maintenance, formerly the maintenance division of CLS. It was then that Garry realised the potential in the business, eventually becoming the largest shareholder in the company.
Testament to Garry’s hard work and dedication, Replay Maintenance has seen major growth since the firm’s inception, from 12 service agreement customers, the firm now boasts just under 800, with new enquiries daily. The staff team has also grown substantially with 50 staff now employed, evenly split between their Lincolnshire head office and site-based, operating from approximately 7,000 maintained facilities throughout the UK & Ireland.
Of his anniversary celebrations, Garry said “I am so proud of Replay Maintenance Ltd, the last 20 years and the business it has become today; the company’s success is powered by passionate, committed, honest and loyal people who have and continue to be a privilege to work alongside today.”

Over the last few years, Garry has expanded the Replay Group of Companies’ portfolio with workflow management and business intelligence software firms Passport365 and Conduiit. The latest additions are synthetic turf recycling, Replay Recycling and Replay’s sports equipment e-commerce site, Playersports.co.uk with Garry overseeing them all as Group CEO.
