Replay Maintenance offers a Free Survey to visit, inspect and assess your synthetic sports surface. Our experts will carry out a 22-point visual inspection covering the three important areas that can determine the quality and life expectancy of the surface:
• Surface Construction
• Surface Infill & Carpet Fibres
• Surface Debris & Contamination
We also include a visual check of ancillary items such as the goal posts, nets, access and fencing etc.

During the visit our assessors will be able to discuss and offer advice for both improving your in-house maintenance and what Replay processes would complement and enhance the quality and longevity of the surface.

The assessment itself involves utilising specific tools such as the depth & free pile gauges. These tools allow our assessors to measure some key metrics of the surface that form the basis of our report, advice and recommendations.

All of the information collated is logged on our secure online Passport365 system in order to set an initial datum point for the surface generating a full Facility Survey Report that details our findings and recommendations which will be sent to you via email following the visit.
